Since January, I’ve read a plethora of New Year’s resolutions on social media. It seems to be the year of Taking Care of Me. Me Time. Following My Dreams. Self-Care. I’ve noticed I have not seen one resolution that said, “Less of Me; Being More Interested in Others.” Or anything close to that. Interesting.

What would happen if we looked not only to our own interests, but to the interests of others?

In this anniversary session, Stephen smiles as he enjoys Hope taking the limelight as she transforms into her sassy, fun self during the whimsical fireside moment! Then at the pond, ope leans in to dote her full attention and love on to Stephen!

Pursuing others and their interests, as well as your own, is non-threatening and non-competitive. Ask a question about their interests… and a follow up question, too! Encourage and build up your spouse - it makes a winning team. Part 4 to come.
